OVRDC to Hire an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper
Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper will provide secretarial support to the Executive Director, Full Commission, Executive Committee, and other committees as requested and maintain the minutes, records of the Commission, and maintenance of employee personnel files. Under the direction of the Finance Director, the Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper assists in maintaining and updating OVRDC’s financial records and maintains payroll and other financial records, and is responsible for performing secretarial and related support activities for OVRDC staff.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, secretarial sciences, office administration, or related field with at least three-to-five years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. No special license or certification is required.
Excellent benefits package including major medical, dental, and vision insurance and Ohio Public Employees Retirement System. The annual salary range is $35,000 and up.
