Information for Communities and Design Professionals
How to Submit a Design or Construction Invoice for payment.
For Design
- Contracted design firms should send invoices to the sub-grantee and OVRDC for review. Once reviewed and confirmed that the work has been completed, OVRDC will submit the invoice to Ross County for payment. Ross County will then process the invoice and pay the contracted design firm directly.
For Construction
- Contractors will submit their invoices to the sub-grantee and design firm. After reviewing the invoice and completing the required payment application checklist (linked below), the sub-grantee and design firm will submit the A1A or OFCC forms, the completed checklist, and all required documents (including lien waivers, certified payroll, etc.) to OVRDC for payment. Invoices must be submitted to OVRDC by 4 PM on Thursday to meet the Friday deadline set by Ross County (see payment calendar below).
- After receiving their check from Ross County, the grantee must use the funds to pay any outstanding invoices from contractors. Please note that a copy of the check and proof of payment to the contractors must be submitted to OVRDC.
