OVRDC has scheduled a Minority County Caucus meeting, following individual caucus meetings held for all the 12 counties we serve. Lunch will be served at noon, followed by the meeting. County Commissioners, local government staff members, community leaders and the general public are invited to attend, and Executive Director John Hemmings presents an agenda of information including new member nominations, 2020 funding opportunities, project numbers review and attention items that encouraged discussion in both counties. Some meetings will include information presented by partner agencies such as Appalachian Partnership for Economic Growth (APEG) and USDA Rural Development.
