Message from OVRDC Executive Director Stephanie Gilbert:

Big news at OVRDC! After years of dedicated service, Kim Reynolds is stepping down from her role as Development Director to help pave the way for the future of the Ohio Valley Regional Development Commission.

Kim began her employment with OVRDC in February 1997, and she is not retiring just yet—she will continue serving the organization in a new role as Development Coordinator. Her leadership, vision, and long-standing commitment have made a tremendous impact on our communities, and we are deeply grateful for everything she has accomplished and the support she will continue to provide to the region as she continues her work with the Ohio Public Works Commission program.

We’re also thrilled to congratulate Kerri Richardson on her promotion to Development Director! Kerri began her career with OVRDC in October 2016, and she brings energy, passion, and a deep desire to help move both the agency and the region forward. We’re excited to see the positive impact she will have as she helps lead OVRDC into the future.
