Application Requirements
Applications are required to be submitted through the OPWC Workwise Portal. A password must be established with OPWC in order to apply through the portal. Information on how to use the WorksWise portal can be found by visiting https://pwc.ohio.gov/WorksWise#925132-training-materials-and-videos
In addition to utilizing the portal for application submission, one hard copy of the application with the required supplements must also be submitted.
