The CEDS meeting is a public input meeting to determine the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats to communities in all twelve counties OVRDC serves. OVRDC counties are reasonably similar demographically and geographically. These similarities have helped unite the counties as a cohesive region in many ways, and many commonalities are clear in the results of previous CEDS SWOT Analysis.
