Lawrence County 2nd Round Caucus Meeting Scheduled

The Ohio Valley Regional Development Commission (OVRDC) will hold the Lawrence County Second Round Caucus Meeting on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in person at the Lawrence County Court House – Auditor’s Office Conference Room, located at 111 South Fourth Street, Ironton, OH, 45638.

Staff will lead discussion and local officials will rank projects submitted to OVRDC for possible funding consideration through the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC). Updated information will be presented on the status of the ARC and EDA programs, as well as information on programmatic activities and projects. Other programs to discuss include the NRAC Clean Ohio Greenspace Conservation fund, upcoming Broadband Technical Assistance project information and a Regional Transportation Planning Organization funding and program update.

The meeting is open to the general public, local government officials and non-profit organizations. We encourage those organizations with projects submitted for funding to send a representative. Comments by attendees on regional or county projects/issues are encouraged.
