OVRDC is a public regional planning commission established by agreement among its members pursuant to Section 713.21 of the Ohio Revised Code, as amended. Acting in the capacity of a regional economic and community development agency, OVRDC coordinates federal, state and local resources to encourage development in 12 southern Ohio counties: Adams, Brown, Clermont, Fayette, Gallia, Highland, Jackson, Lawrence, Pike, Ross, Scioto and Vinton. OVRDC helps local communities and government agencies with ARC, CDBG, OPWC and SOACDF funds.
OVRDC helps subdivisions, organizations and businesses plan and secure funding for economic development projects. Staff offers expertise with ARC and EDA funding, as well as OVRDC’s Revolving Loan Fund.
GIS Visualization & Analysis
OVRDC utilizes the newest technologies to collect, map and analyze data. We publish maps in paper, digital and web-based formats.
Regional Data Portal
OVRDC collects and publishes regional demographic and geographic data. We also link to a wide variety of authoritative data sources.

Revolving Loan Fund
