Public Relations Coordinator
Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Public Relations Coordinator performs all public relations, advertising, media relations activities of OVRDC, manages the overall communications activities for OVRDC to increase the visibility of OVRDC, keeps the public informed of the activities of OVRDC, and as necessary and feasible provides grant writing assistance for counties, subdivisions, and organizations in the region.
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in communications or related field with at least three-to-five years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. No special license or certification required.
