Flooding Detour Map for OVRDC when traveling from Waverly (North)
During and after heavy rains, the Scioto River floods into SR 220 at the railroad bridge just south of where SR 220 crosses the river. OVRDC can be accessed via River Rd off US 23 which is a left turn just as you enter Piketon, then right onto SR 220. River Road is narrow.
