Directions to the OVRDC Office
OVRDC is located on the southeast side of Waverly, OH at 9329 ST RT 220 East in front of Wausau Homes, 1 mile from U.S. Rt 23 of downtown Waverly. The office is a one-story brick building connected to Wausau Homes manufacturing facility.
*From Columbus or Chillicothe, take US 23 South to Waverly. In Waverly turn left onto Market St (Emmitt House on the corner) follow the signs for St Rt 220 East. OVRDC will be just past the railroad crossing on the right.
*From Portsmouth or Piketon take US 23 to the 1st stop light (across from the Wal-Mart) and turn right onto 2nd St. Travel a mile and turn right onto Depot Road. Turn right at the stop sign onto ST RT220 East. OVRDC is the first building on the right.
*From Athens or Jackson, take St Rt 32 to St Rt 220 West and go about 4 miles, OVRDC is on the left side before going into Waverly.
*From the West or Cincinnati, take St Rt 32 to US 23 North. Follow the directions from Piketon to OVRDC.
