U.S. Department of
Housing and Urban Development, Office of Community Planning and
Development (CPD) created the Low and Moderate Income (LMI) data and the
Ohio Department of Development, Office of Housing and Community
Partnerships manages the LMI data for Ohio. In 2006, HUD made revisions
to the methodology used for computing LMI data, which, it became
effective as of 2007.
