Funding applications are being accepted for:

  • Vehicles
  • Computer Hardware/Software
  • Communications Equipment

  • Mobility Management

The Specialized Transportation Program uses federal transportation funds (49 U.S.C. Section 5310) to pay for 80% of the cost of capital expenses to support the provision of transportation services to meet the specific needs of seniors and individuals with disabilities. Projects must primarily serve residents of small urbanized and/or rural areas. (Large urban areas now conduct their own 5310 funding processes. Contact ODOT with any questions concerning funding eligibility prior to submitting an application.)
